Volunteer job pt1It was mid October, the sun hadn’t quiet breached the surface of the ocean where a tall house sentries over at the top of a hill. Away from the city and noise. Somewhere that held true to peace and quiet, at least in the moments that it did. For a couple lived there while they were home from official business.
Two members of an organization known as, The Royal Zoology Society. A heavy price to pay working from them, but the benefits have come in a grateful use over time. Being allowed a time for their selves, it was a great way to relieve the stress that built up, mission over mission.
Other members have the liberty to choose where they would liked to be position for their leave, but are all pooled close by in the end. Some in separate housing units, others in the same. Here they are told to live a, ‘normal,’ life. Unlike what they really do. So, they are given places to volunteer work.
Life here was easy, when things were quiet, it was nice to kinda just forget about
ForgivnessFoot steps echoed in the air as someone made their way to the door. With a slam, the person was inside. Walking down a long hallway, each step ringing in the ears of an elderly man sitting in a chair. The sound seemed to wake him, though his eyes remained shut.
“Daniel, is that you?” Called the old man.
A few moments later the boy walked out and into the front room where the man sat. The elderly man sat facing the back yard, guarded by a window and railing. The boy took a seat by him and grabbed onto his hand.
Reaching out to his hand and holding it tight, “I’m here uncle, and I’m fine,” he said with a half smile.
“Ah, that’s good. Eh, how was school today?” He said with a smile.
“School was…” He trailed off a moment as his squeezed his uncle’s hand.
“Hmm?” Uncle responded.
“I - Its… Okay, I guess,” he stuttered.
“Oh, my boy. What troubles you? Is it your friend, Alex?

The two soon were presented with their meal. With a grateful thank you from Richards and a excited laugh from Harkness, they began to eat their freshly made dinner. The waiter came by every five minutes or so just to clear their table or to give them something, always polite and kind to them.
After their meal, Harkness noticed a proud and graceful figure enter the tavern and slowly scan the room. It was the Leifteanant!
“El-tee!” Harkness shouted over the sounds of the room and he shot his eyes to meet the sound of the man. Walking over to them, Harkness stood out of their booth as did Richards. Snapping to a salute, the two stood waiting for his response. With two fingers, Christopher tapped his right eye brow and the others dropped their arms.
“So what brings you down here sir?” Richards asked smiling to see him.
“I guess I need a drink as well. The days are starting to catch me and I guess I need a stress relief, so I decided that I was goi
This is a simple and thoughtful opinion as to what I think of Magic and what it is in my heart and how my mind would share the thought in words and actions.
The thought has come to me more than once. Eventfully, I would reconcile it and soon after a long while, I would suffice with myself to an agreeable accusation. Please don't hold me wrong to this. Nor accuse me of falsities that stand adjacent to the world that we've come to desire acceptance in the majority groups that patrols the popularity over the reality of human emotions. The ideology of individuals that hold close to that very subject of strength and or weakness when it comes to being so.
Yes, I have had more than a solid span of time to the reconciliation of what I believe and what the world fears due to the fact of a depravity to an expansion of independent and free contemplation. To the liberty of freedom and a curious will; think beyond the text message and at a
Shore Leave Ch 4-6Chapter 4 -Da-
Outside, not too far from the main gate that was the doorway to the RZS, was a man standing by a small stagecoach that is pulled by a horse. The man was short, and appeared as a circle in Deryn’s mind. Scruffy and orange curly hair covered his light skin. He had big eyes with glasses and a rather goofy smile.
Once the couple reached the man, they realized that he was shorter than they were. He was quiet for a moment, just staring at the two. Squinting his eyes, he gazed and inspected the two for a spell.
Finally bursting to life, “Oi! Its chu! You’d be Deryn an Alek. Docky Barla seid tha’cha be comin’ some time soon. Ya’ll lookin th’same as she be tellin me.” the man said. Looking around them, “Bu’ its seemin, ya don’ have yer tings wiff ya. None the problem!” He said in a weird accent.
“You’re a strange little man.” Alek slowly said wide eyed.
“A-haha! Tha’d be w
Shore Leave Ch 1-3Chapter 1 -Da-
Three quiet, yet gentle knocks came from the wooden door that was Dr. Barlow's room. After a moment a tall, thin man in the RZS's MP uniform walked through the door as quietly as he knocked.
Presenting her with a salute, "Good afternoon, ma'am." He said with a soft and firm voice. "I do apologize for disturbing you in this hour."
Dr. Barlow sat on a lounge chair of great style, reading a thick book. With both her Loris on the arms of the chair and Tazza asleep at her feet she only glanced at the man and then back to her book.
"What is it that you need? Can't you see that this is my personal time?" she said
"And that would be correct, this is mine as well. But we have a Airship on field 7, this is something that you would like to see, ma'am."
Closing her book with a snap, waking both the creatures by her, the woman appeared more annoyed than anything else.
"What could be so important right now? I do believe that you can handle yourself can't you, you ARE the law en
Last good-byeThe sun always set just behind the mountains that formed a everlasting Geo-structure. Protecting the outer rim of the free springs. That very place that has and probably will always be home to me. For as long as I could remember, it was home to you too. This quiet, peaceful, and silent landscape that held out for so long and just might always be the same.
Though, as docile the land may seem, the beauty of it has come to poison my very core and now cries for my body to return to the soil. The worst has now come to play, what I have always feared has now finally taken what I held close. My voice, the very tool that I was to use in the foundation of something I only dreamed of. For you see my sweet, I held feeling for you from the moment my eyes fell upon you. But now I won't ever be able to speak those very words to you as others have done to the individual they cared for and longed to hold close in their lives.
My sweet, although I shall never speak these words of truth to you; let my w
Leaving Southampton She was in the kitchen when he stumbled in noisily, tripping as he went past the shelves and catching the edge of the table to keep himself from falling.
Pretending not to hear the stream of curses that followed, she kept her eyes fixed on the dishes, letting her hand trail in the soapy water. There was a loud scraping of wood against grimy concrete as he drew a chair and collapsed into it. At this she looked up, and after a moment's hesitation, she said, unnecessarily, "You've been drinking."
He clutched his head and said nothing. He hadn't shaved in weeks and stank of sweat and alcohol; he looked much older than his eighteen years.
They sat in silence for a while. Then he announced, loudly, "Fuck."
She didn't bother to tell him off. She just waited. And jumped when he suddenly brought his fist down, hard, onto the table.
"Our lives here are s
